ЭстонияA development proposal for one of Tallinn's squares has been pulled before it could advance through the planning process. G11, a company owned by Endo Tõnuver — the head of real estate developer Endover — has withdrawn its application to initiate detailed spatial planning for a plot at Kompassi Square in the Estonian capital.
The company had originally sought permission to develop a building reaching up to 13 storeys on the site. No official explanation has been provided for the decision to retract the proposal at this stage.
