Estonian director Eeva Mägi has begun work on a new feature film titled "Mo Hunt", which delves into the hidden and often unspoken subject of violence in creative environments.

For the film, Mägi is collecting stories from people who have experienced invisible pressure, manipulation, or violence in the art world. It is a subject that is rarely discussed openly in public discourse, yet affects the lives of many people working in creative fields.

Mägi has emphasised that the boundary between creative freedom and manipulation can be extremely thin and is often difficult to identify for both the observer and the person experiencing it. This liminal space is what interests the director most.

Eeva Mägi is previously known for several award-winning Estonian films. The new project continues her interest in sensitive and socially significant subjects, this time bringing into focus the complexity of internal relations in the art world.
