Estonian President Karis Proclaims Three New Laws

The first law concerns changes to planning procedures in Estonia. The second addresses private service fees between individuals and the taxation of short-term non-resident workers. The third law relates to the reception arrangements and social guarantees for asylum seekers in Estonia.
The proclamation by the head of state marks the final step before the laws formally enter into force, completing the legislative process initiated by the Riigikogu, Estonia's parliament.
