EU appoints German lawyer as new head of civilian mission in Kyiv
The EU Council has appointed German lawyer Cornelia Taylor as the new head of the EU civilian advisory mission in Ukraine (EUAM Ukraine). She will take office on 1 July, replacing current mission head Rolf Holmbo.
ПолитикаThe EU Council has decided to appoint German lawyer Cornelia Taylor as the new head of the EU civilian advisory mission in Ukraine (EUAM Ukraine). The mission is based in Kyiv and is one of the EU's key civilian instruments in supporting Ukraine.
Cornelia Taylor will take office on 1 July 2025, assuming the responsibilities of current mission head Rolf Holmbo. The EUAM Ukraine mission advises Ukrainian authorities on civil security sector reform, including strengthening the rule of law and combating corruption.
