"I want to create a small globe in Telliskivi," said Kõresoo, explaining that the festival is designed for all food enthusiasts who wish to embark on a flavour-filled journey of discovery without needing to board a plane. The Telliskivi creative quarter has become a hub for cultural events in Tallinn, making it the perfect location to host such a diverse food festival.
The KUKU festival offers participants the opportunity to taste dishes from different national cuisines and learn about food preparation traditions from across the world.
